Do you think it is practically achieved in our country?<br \/>\nAnswer:<br \/>\nArticle 15 provides that the state shall not discriminate against citizens on grounds of religion, sex, caste, colour. The same article provides that all the citizen shall have access to the public restaurants, hotels and places of public entertainment etc.<\/p>\n<p>However, the right to equality given under Constitution is not practised in reality.
